Service contracts for machines you sold

On Manufacturing, open Service contracts to keep each annual maintenance contract (AMC): the customer, the machine and its serial number, and the next service or renewal date. Tap Add contract to record one. When the contract is renewed, tap Renew and pick the new date; it must be later than the current one. Tap End contract when the customer does not renew: the contract stays on the list, marked ended, and is never reminded again.

Each contract shows how far off its date is, or how late it is. When your journeys are set up and switched on, the customer gets a reminder email 30 days before the date and again on the day. Until then nothing is sent.
